Your pump will reset when the battery fully depletes or a software update has been performed. All basal and bolus deliveries have been stopped.
Upon reset, you may have IOB that is not displayed on the Tandem Mobi mobile app if you recently delivered a bolus. DO NOT rely on the Insulin On Board (IOB) displayed on your mobile app after a restart. Consult with your healthcare professional for how long you need to wait after a pump restart before you can rely on the IOB calculation.
You will need to manually restart insulin delivery and CGM sensor session. Please refer to the User Guide for more guidance on understanding pump resets.
